ARTIST MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

This Artist Management Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the date registered on Indie-roadmap.com (the "Effective Date"), by and between:
1. Agreeing Artist, hereinafter referred to as the "Artist,"
2. Indie RoadMap, hereinafter referred to as the "Manager,"..
WHEREAS, the Artist desires to engage the services of the Manager for the management and representation of their career in the entertainment industry, and the Manager desires to provide such services, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Allowing Manager to use artist name, image and likeness for promotion of the artist and or company.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Artist and the Manager hereby agree as follows:
1. Manager's Responsibilities
1.1 Duties: The Manager shall provide professional artist management services, which may include but are not limited to, career guidance, promotion, booking advice, negotiations, and strategic planning.
1.2 Exclusivity: During the Term (as defined in Section 2), Indie RoadMap is a Non-Exclusive company. Meaning you may work with more than one management team/company.

2. Term
2.1 Term: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of time in which the artist is a paying member on Indie Roadmap, unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

3. Compensation
3.1 Management Fee: In consideration for the services provided by the Manager, the Artist agrees to pay the Manager a management fee of $14.99 per month. With no % Withheld.

4. Termination
4.1 Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause upon properly canceling the membership to indie-roadmap.com.
5.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the parties.
5.2 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Nebraska], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
5.3 Amendment: This Agreement may be amended may be made, and it is the responsibility of the artist to check upon the new agreement. .

b. You agree not to submit any User Content that violates any applicable laws, infringes upon the rights of others, or is offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or edit User Content that violates these terms.
5. Prohibition on Selling Collected Content
You expressly acknowledge and agree that any data or content collected on this Website, including User Content, may not be sold, leased, licensed, or otherwise commercially exploited by you or any third party without our prior written consent. Violation of this provision may result in legal action, including but not limited to prosecution to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Account Cancellation
To cancel your account with the Website, you must follow the cancellation procedures specified on the Website. Until your account is properly canceled in accordance with these procedures, you are responsible for all associated fees and charges.
